Experience
Owner’s Technical Representative | Envoy | 2025-Present
At Envoy, I managed complex, multi-phase public-sector construction projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders, technical requirements, and regulatory standards to deliver functional, user-centered environments like fire stations and municipal ball fields. Acting as a liaison between designers, contractors, and community members, I ensured alignment of project goals with user needs through collaborative design reviews and iterative problem-solving. I facilitated critical meetings and handoffs to guarantee smooth project progression and successful delivery of accessible, safe spaces. My experience producing clear documentation and maintaining open communication parallels key UX skills like research synthesis, journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Founder & Lead Product Designer | BEespoke, LLC. | 2022-Present
As the founder of Beespoke, a premium baby carrier brand, I led all aspects of brand and product development—from initial concept through production—focusing on ergonomic design and elevated aesthetics. I directed the end-to-end creative process, including structural design, material sourcing, pattern creation, prototyping, and packaging to ensure every detail balanced form, function, and emotional connection. I also shaped the user experience and design strategy for Beespoke’s e-commerce website, prioritizing intuitive navigation and storytelling to reflect the brand’s approachable luxury. By applying user-centered design principles and customer feedback, I continuously refined product comfort and usability. Additionally, I managed vendor relationships and small-batch production workflows to align quality and brand standards across all touchpoints.
Co-Founder & Brand Designer | Tree City bee co. | 2020-Present
At Tree City Bee Co., I led brand development and visual design for an artisanal honey company, translating natural ingredients and community values into a cohesive visual and packaging system. I directed the creation of consistent, clear, and appealing brand touchpoints across packaging, labeling, digital assets, and promotional materials. A highlight was co-creating and launching Drip, a honey-sweetened soda line, where I managed the end-to-end design process—developing can designs, flavor naming, and a flexible packaging system that balanced individuality with brand unity. I collaborated closely with local vendors and print partners to ensure quality and brand integrity from concept to shelf. My user-centered approach guided flavor presentation, color psychology, and label design, creating a strong on-shelf presence and intuitive product differentiation.
Kitchen & Bath Designer & PRoject Manager | In style kitchen & Bath | 2019-2022
At In Style Kitchen & Bath, I led comprehensive design projects ranging from custom kitchens and bathrooms to full-home remodels and new construction. I translated client visions into elegant, functional spaces that balance aesthetics with lifestyle needs. Managing all phases of design and project execution, I handled space planning, cabinetry and fixture specifications, finish selections, and coordinated closely with contractors and trades to maintain quality and schedules. I partnered closely with clients to deliver tailored design solutions aligned with their style, budget, and architectural context, fostering strong relationships and repeat business. Using 20/20 Design and other industry-standard software, I produced detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings to clearly communicate design intent to teams and stakeholders.
Lead Auditor & Quality Training & Development | Honda Mfg. of Indiana | 2014-2019
At Honda Manufacturing, I developed and led quality training and audit systems focused on operational excellence, rooted in ISO 9001 standards. I designed and delivered training programs on problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making, enhancing team capabilities and driving process improvements. I conducted internal audits to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions, ensuring compliance and elevating performance. Additionally, I created and maintained clear documentation for Honda’s Quality Management System, including procedures and training materials. I was honored to present as a guest speaker at the ASQ conference, sharing insights on continuous improvement of audit systems, and received an achievement award for my contributions.
Military Police | Indiana Army National Guard | 2009-2015
During my service as a Military Police officer in the Indiana National Guard, I often held leadership roles above my pay grade, including platoon guide, squad leader, and team leader. My duties encompassed law enforcement, security operations, and ensuring the safety and readiness of personnel and facilities. I was recognized for my leadership abilities with a coin awarded by the Indiana State Sergeant Major.
